Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

WYR ships nationwide across the United States and Canada via USPS or FedEx. We also offer international shipping to select countries in the EU, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.We typically ship orders the next business day, but please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. No shipments are sent on weekends or holidays.Deliveries are not available on Sundays or the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please allow up to 3 days for the parcel to arrive. Couriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely, attempt redelivery later, leave the package in a secure location on your property, or with a neighbor.Please report all shipping issues or missing items within 15 days of the stated delivery date.Expected delivery dates are determined by the carrier. Unfortunately, any delays that occur after the order has been shipped are beyond our control.Shipments returned to us or requiring rerouting due to incorrect address information provided will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labeling by the carrier.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

WYR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Transit and delivery delays caused by carrier service disruptions.
  • Missing parcels or redelivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or damaged. Once the carrier confirms delivery, any loss or damage becomes the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting the carrier for further information and filing a claim directly with them. To help prevent theft, we suggest shipping to a secure location.
  • Orders held in customs, or customs and duties fees. We cannot be held liable for customs delays or fees associated with international orders. Please contact the carrier and pay any required customs fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees, we are not obligated to issue a refund for products held at customs or cover any return-to-sender fees.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions or other unavoidable natural events.
  • Carrier delays that may impact your shipment. We strongly recommend scheduling your order to arrive at least 2 business days before your intended use date to account for potential delays.

WYR FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION

WYR offers Free Returns & Package Protection as an optional add-on during checkout, providing additional coverage and convenience. This service includes:

  • Free Returns for a Refund: Customers who purchase this add-on qualify for free returns when seeking a refund. Without this add-on, all returns for a refund will incur a $7 return shipping fee.
  • Package Protection: Coverage for your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Customers who purchase this service are eligible for a one-time replacement or one-time store credit if an issue occurs.

Terms and Conditions

  • Replacement orders sent under the Package Protection policy are not eligible for return for a refund.
  • WYR reserves the right to refuse Package Protection coverage if lack of good faith or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Free Returns & Package Protection must be purchased during checkout to be eligible for these benefits.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@wyrwearshop.us. Returns and exchanges are accepted for all undamaged, unused items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase, unless marked "Final Sale" (exclusions apply). Returns for a refund incur a $7 return shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled within one business day of placement. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at contact@wyrwearshop.us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee fulfillment due to order processing timelines.
