Refund Policy

To process a return or exchange, please go through our Returns Center. Have your order number and email ready when initiating the return.If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@wyrwearshop.us within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to resolve any issues or address any questions you may have.Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for international orders. However, this does not affect our no-nonsense guarantee outlined below.

NO-NONSENSE GUARANTEE

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, the wrong item, or encountered a quality issue, please reach out to us at contact@wyrwearshop.us. To qualify for assistance under this guarantee, report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please be sure to include the following information:

  • The original order number and your current shipping address
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the fit issue and/or quality problem

We will respond as quickly as possible and do everything we can to make it right for you!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns or exchanges for US orders within 30 days of the purchase date. Products marked "Final Sale" or listed in the "Final Sale" section are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted. Once you receive your return label, you have 30 days to send the item(s) back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable. While we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders, our no-nonsense guarantee still applies to these orders.All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact—to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued to your original form of payment.The first exchange is free of charge. Returns for a refund and any subsequent exchanges are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7. Shipping for exchanged items is provided at no cost. Orders flagged for delivery disputes, suspected abuse of the return system, or high-value shipments may be subject to different return shipping or handling fees.Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a refund receipt via email once your refund is processed. Refunds generally post to bank accounts within 3-5 business days.

TAILORED FIT & QUALITY GUARANTEE (Applies to Tailored-For-You Tees ONLY)

Tailored-For-You Tees are made to your specific requirements and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. However, if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or if your shirts do not match the specifications you provided, please contact us at contact@wyrwearshop.us. Under our remake guarantee, we will offer a free remake if your product has a quality issue or fails to comply with the provided specifications. Please note that a variance of up to 0.5" in specifications is allowed. In your email, please be sure to include the following information:

  • The original order number and your current shipping address
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the fit issue and/or quality problem

We will respond as quickly as possible and do everything we can to make it right for you under our remake guarantee.
